MCILVENNA BAY (CANADA)
McIlvenna Bay is part of the prolific Flin Flon Greenstone Belt located in east-central Saskatchewan
This underground copper-zinc-gold-silver project produced its first copper concentrate in June 2026, with commercial production expected in Q3 2026.
Based on Foran Mining's 2025 Project Feasibility Study, the initial life of mine is 18 years, and it is expected to produce on average 41 million pounds of copper, 20,000 ounces of gold, 444,000 ounces of silver, and 54 million pounds of zinc annually.

Advancing McIlvenna Bay
As of June 2026, wet commissioning of McIlvenna Bay processing plant was completed and followed by the commencement of hot commissioning. First copper concentrates were produced on June 7, 2026. The operating team is now focused on ramp-up toward the nameplate capacity of 4,900 tonnes per day.
Key ramp-up activities include optimizing the flotation circuit and reagent addition performance, and completing the paste plant and associated underground infrastructure, such as the paste plant reticulation to support ongoing mine and production ramp-up.

GEOLOGY AND MINERALIZATION
The McIlvenna Bay Project is a volcanic‑hosted polymetallic deposit located within the Flin Flon Greenstone Belt, one of Canada’s most prolific base metal mining districts. Mineralization is characteristic of a volcanogenic massive sulphide (VMS) system and occurs as stratabound massive to semi‑massive sulphide lenses, underlain by copper‑rich stringer and stockwork zones within altered felsic volcanic rocks. Copper and zinc are the primary metals, with associated gold and silver, and the deposit remains open along strike and at depth, supporting potential for future resource growth.
TESLA ZONE TARGET
The Tesla Zone forms part of the McIlvenna Bay Project and is located adjacent to the planned mine area, offering strong potential for resource expansion and extended mine life. Ongoing exploration has delivered consistent high‑grade drill results with thick mineralized intervals, supporting its growth potential.
Discovered in 2022, the Tesla Zone was identified through drilling that intersected significant copper, zinc, and precious‑metal‑rich mineralization. Mineralization occurs as massive sulphides, stringers, and breccia zones, extending over approximately 1,350 metres of strike length and 500 to 700 metres down‑dip.
The target represents a significant near‑mine exploration opportunity, with an estimated exploration target of 28 to 45 million tonnes. It benefits from immediate access to existing infrastructure and remains open down‑dip, highlighting the potential for continued growth. An inaugural mineral resource estimate is expected in the second half of 2026.
