Advancing responsible mining through innovation, performance and people

At Eldorado Gold, responsible mining is embedded in how we operate—from exploration and construction through to closure. Our focus on safety, environmental stewardship and strong community relationships guides how we create long-term value.

We’re pleased to announce the release of our 2025 Sustainability Report, highlighting the progress we’ve made over the past year and the actions we’re taking to strengthen our performance going forward.  In 2025, we continued to strengthen how sustainability is integrated across our business. A key milestone was the launch of an updated Sustainability Integrated Management System (SIMS), aligning our standards with an evolving external landscape and changes across our operations. To support implementation, we introduced a global SIMS eLearning program to help our workforce better understand their role in responsible mining.

We also advanced initiatives that support our people and culture. The rollout of our updated Inclusive Diversity Strategy across operating regions reinforces our commitment to building a respectful and inclusive environment. New tools like Eldorado Connect are improving access to communication, training and resources across our sites, while programs such as Courageous Safety Leadership and our Health and Safety Positive Recognition Awards continue to strengthen a culture centered on care, accountability and speaking up.

Our performance in 2025 was also recognized externally. At our Lamaque Complex in Québec, we achieved Level AAA ratings across all applicable indicators under the Mining Association of Canada’s Towards Sustainable Mining (TSM) framework following third-party verification. This accomplishment was recognized with a TSM Gold Leadership Award—an honour awarded to only a small number of operations globally. We were also included in The Globe & Mail’s Road to Net-Zero Ranking for the second consecutive year and named one of Canada’s Best Companies by TIME and Statista.

Across our operations, teams marked significant production milestones. The Lamaque Complex poured its one-millionth ounce of gold since beginning commercial production in 2019, while Efemçukuru and Kışladağ each reached five million ounces of gold produced.

Looking to the future, we continue to advance key growth projects. Construction at Skouries is progressing toward first production, development of the Ormaque deposit will expand the Lamaque Complex, and the recent acquisition of Foran strengthens our exposure to critical minerals, including through the McIlvenna Bay project.  More highlights from this year, by the numbers, include:
