International Women’s Day – Advancing Inclusive Diversity

Topic: People & Culture

Advancing opportunities for women is about strengthening our organization as a whole. When we invest in removing barriers that disproportionately affect women, we create systems that work better for everyone. A workplace where women can fully contribute is also one that is safer, more respectful, more collaborative, and more innovative for all employees. By broadening who gets to participate, lead, and thrive, we expand the collective talent, ideas, and perspectives driving our success. Our commitment to women is, at its core, a commitment to building a workplace where every person feels valued, supported, and able to do their best work.

Today, and every day, we ask you to imagine a gender equal world. A world free of bias, stereotypes, and discrimination. A world that's diverse, equitable, and inclusive. A world where difference is valued and celebrated. Together we can forge gender equality.

As we celebrate International Women’s Day 2026 at Eldorado, we honour the accomplishments of women across our global operations and reflect on our progress.
