Our People Are Our Most Important Resource

Our success depends on the talent and passion of our people. With more than 4,300 employees and contractors in eight countries, we are committed to creating a culture where our people are engaged, empowered to make decisions, and take shared responsibility for delivering our business goals safely and ethically.

We do this through ensuring our people have the necessary knowledge, skills, and resources to maximize their potential, by providing a safe and healthy work environment, and by giving ownership for day-to-day operational decisions to our in-country teams.

Committed to Local Talent

We hire locally wherever possible and train nationals at all levels, including for senior roles. 99% of our operational employees are nationals of the countries in which we operate and we have Turkish, Greek, Romanian and Brazilian management teams in those countries. These teams enable us to communicate in local languages and better understand cultural, community and political nuances of doing business in each country. The sustainability of our business relies on our ability to attract and develop a talented and diverse workforce that reflects the communities in which we operate.

Diversity and Inclusion

We believe in equal opportunities and remunerate male and female employees equally for equivalent jobs according to their level of experience and length of employment. We strive to provide our employees with rewarding jobs, competitive compensation, and the skills and resources to make a positive contribution to their lives and their communities.

Read our Diversity Policy.

Human Rights

We are committed to protecting human rights in all areas of our business operations and expect our business partners, including contractors and suppliers, to do the same. We respect the rights of employees, contractors, workers in our supply chain, and members of the local community with regards to working conditions, freedom of association, maximum working hours, minimum wages, equal opportunities and freedom from discrimination and intimidation.
