Pontide Volcanic Belt
 The Pontides region is one of two main areas where we are actively exploring for new deposits. Located along the Black Sea in northern Turkey our land holdings cover 283,600 hectares in 116 wholly owned licenses. We are focusing on areas within the Pontide volcanic arc where intrusive/volcanic complexes are found with associated alteration in the overlying volcanic rocks. Targets here are large, bulk tonnage, high sulphidation-type precious metal bearing systems, high grade, low sulphidation-type precious metal vein systems, and porphyry-style, gold + base metal bearing deposits. 2007 work on most licenses consists of geochemical surveys (stream sediment and soil) and geologic mapping. We are drill testing one advanced property in the Koyulhisar District in 2007 - a high sulphidation-type target at Kapikaya.
