The need for ethical resource development is global. Through responsible practices, mining provides lasting opportunities for governments and communities. It provides family-supporting jobs, opportunities for entrepreneurs to provide goods and services needed by the industry, infrastructure and service development, government tax revenue and leverages a region's competitive advantages for international trade. In consultation with local stakeholders, Eldorado invests approximately 1% of pre-tax revenues on projects that focus on developing sustainable social capital and stimulating local economies near our mines.

The following presentation details how our community activities in Turkey have benefited local infrastructure, agriculture, health services, educational institutions and other local groups.
